He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hamblin (Bruce) of Bargersville, IN, Teresa Von Hoene (Cliff) of Georgetown, IN, Carl J. Forsyth (Kasia) of Greenfield, IN and Lee Forsyth (Lisa) of Franklin, IN. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
