We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Betty Jo Poynter of Trafalgar, Indiana, born in Albany, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Shipley and Grace Shipley (Short); and her husband James C. Poynter. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Glassburn (Randy), Donna Tow (Glenn), Donita Johnson (Mike) and Raymond Poynter (Shannon). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bluff Creek Christian Church or Main Street Hospice.
