She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Dorothy Smith (Haggard); her daughter Leona; and her siblings, Jim Smith, Phyllis Doty and Tom Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Chip Clark (Sarah) of Nineveh and Shellie Parr (Tim) of Nineveh; her grandchildren, Devyn Parr, Whitney Burkett (Jacob) and Dustyn Parr; and her sisters, Eva Ann Chilman of Seymour, Patsy Clark of Franklin and Betty Lockhart of Greenwood.
