He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Western and Nancy "Viola" Western (Beck); his son Jeffrey Leon Western; his brother Tim Western; and his sister-in-law Roberta Mark.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Western; his children, Richard Western (Debby) of Greentop, MO, Lucinda Western of Wyoming, Stephanie Davenport (Larry) of Sturgis, MI and Tricia Hawk (Tony) of Albion, IN; and his brothers, Sam Western (Diane) of Kirksville, MO and Tom Western of Greentop, MO.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
