He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Sprunger and Lula Sprunger (Curley); his brothers, Tim, Paul and Jimmie; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Royann Sprunger (Hartzler); his children, David (Nikki), Ft Wayne, Dennis (Kim), Kerry (Ren), Audra (Jerry), Shenk of Scottdale, PA, Dianna (Les) and Stutzman; his sister Shirley Hollis (Dennis); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hartzler (Linda) of Ligonier and LaVerne Moon of Twelve Mile. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
