He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Gingerich and Barbara Gingerich (Bontrager); his grandson Zachary Yoder; and his brother Larry Gingerich. He is survived by: his wife Verla Gingerich; his sons, Scott Gingerich of LaGrange, IN and Martin Gingerich of White Pigeon, MT; his stepchildren, Renee Ragsdale (Steven) of Elkhart, IN, Mike Yoder (Cae) of Oregon, Mark Yoder (Sarah) of Goshen, IN and Darrin Yoder (Linda); and his siblings, Clarence Gingerich (Mary) of Shipshewana, IN, Ben Gingerich (Linda) of Ligonier, IN, Freeman Gingerich (Clara) of Topeka, IN, Pete Gingerich of Wawaka, IN and Irene Nissley (Junior) of Topeka, IN. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
