He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthann Cunningham (Ream) and Kyle Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Laure Cunningham of Topeka; his children, Justin Cunningham (Amanda) of Topeka, Jarod Cunningham (Liz Rust) of Topeka and Jenna Groff (Quinn) of Topeka; his granddaughter Halley Groff; and his siblings, Kim Cunningham (Joan Clark) of Carefree, Dawn Hunnicutt (David) of Fort Wayne, Leah Brown (Kevin) of Albion and Holly Cunningham of Avon, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given in Mike's memory to Topeka Baptist Church.
