He is survived by: his parents, Gary Bontrager and Sharon Bontrager (Beachy); his siblings, Eric Ryan Bontrager, David Eugene Bontrager, Carrie Dawn Bontrager (Allen Ray Miller) of Mount Hope, OH and Annie Christina Bontrager; and his grandparents, Leo, Martha Bontrager of Topeka, Wilma Beachy of Sugarcreek, OH, Ray and Christina Miller of LaGrange. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
