He was predeceased by: his parents, Tinsley A. Baker and Elsie Baker (Eldridge); his wife Peggy Colwell; his daughter Priscilla Baker; and his siblings, Arlie Baker, Mildred Baker, Reba Hamblin and Betty Lou Stidham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Johnson (Lowell) of Topeka and Lori Shrock (Gable) of Ligonier; his grandchildren, Brandon Howard (Lynlee) of Wolf Lake, Makala Reidy (Sean) of Elkhart, Chelsea Preston (Clay) of Syracuse and Austin Shrock (Kayla) of Kendallville; and his siblings, Seba Hanko (Jim) of Lexington, Helen Dixon of Michigan, Thelma King of Michigan and Barb Owens (John) of El Paso, Texas. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
