He is survived by: his parents, Dewayne Bontrager and Janean Bontrager (Yoder) of Topeka; his grandparents, Lavon, Ruth Yoder of Topeka, Samuel, Jr. and Elnora Bontrager of Topeka; and his great-grandparents, Ernest, Clara Mae Bontrager of Topeka, Samuel, Wilma Bontrager of Wolcottville, Ray, Mary Alice Yoder of Topeka, Wilbur and Amanda Yoder of LaGrange.
