He is survived by: his wife Maryann Fry; his stepmother Elsie Otto of Topeka; his children, Orlie Otto (Julie) of Topeka, Lyle Otto (Sharlyn) of Millersburg, Christy Otto (Martha) of Millersburg, James Otto, Wayne Otto, Caleb Otto, Loretta Miller (Harvey) of Ligonier, Edna Petersheim (Loren) of LaGrange, Mary, Lorene Miller (Lamar) of Topeka, Susan Otto, Waneta Otto and Ellen Otto; and his siblings, Wilbur Otto (Sarah) of Ligonier, Christy Otto (Edna) of Topeka, Clyde Otto (Suvilla) of Hillsboro, WI, Cletus Otto of Topeka, Mary Otto, Katie Otto of Topeka and Alma Miller (Lavern) of Hillsboro, WI.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
