She is survived by: her husband Keith Wells; her son Daniel Purtha of Portland, Oregon; her parents, Lynn Goldenstern and Mary Beth Goldenstern (Burden) of La Porte; her parents-in-law, John and Brenda Crider of Ocala, Florida; her siblings, Julie Walker (Brian) of Noblesville, Jill Conkey of Chicago, Carey Johnson (Mike) of La Porte and Michael Goldenstern (Toni) of New Carlisle; and her siblings-in-law, Tracy Klemm of Bristol and Chris Crider (Julie) of Valparaiso. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to Goshen Home Care and Hospice.
