He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia Pierce, Evelyn Payton, Tarena Longsworth, Jim Baird, Lyle Baird and Donald Baird.
He is survived by: his spouses, Cynthia Ann Fry and Cindy Baird of Topeka; his children, Timothy, Elizabeth and Jack Jr.; his grandchildren, Alyssa Warstler, Brittany Hibbs, Chase Hunter, Casey Hunter, Reese Norton, Bailey Norton, Loren Mattern, Jack Mattern, Lacy Kleeberg, Sabrina Balazs, Nancy Caldwell, Allison Marciniak and Kelsea Moore; and his brothers, Larry and Billy.
