With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fannie Mae Zehr of Topeka, Indiana, born in Nappanee, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fannie Mae Zehr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Yoder and Amelia Schmucker Yoder; her siblings, Ernest Tobias Yoder and Clara Elizabeth Yoder; and her grandchildren, Joshua Glenn Zehr and Katherine "Kate" Zehr Rabin (David Zehr, Jr.).
She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Joseph Yoder, Everett Ray Yoder, Earl Lee Yoder, Etta Fern Gingerich and Katie Marie Miller; her children, Sandra Faye Zehr (Dennis), Joyce Carol Zehr (Donald), Gary Lee Zehr (Linda Miller), Glenn Ray Zehr and Donald Wayne Zehr; and her husband David Zehr, Jr.. She is also survived by grandmother and great-grandmother, is fondly remembered by 11 grandchildren and over 23 great and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Fannie's memory may be given to the Zehr Foundation or Greencroft Foundation.
