He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jacob, Mary Kurtz of Topeka, Orva P., Ella Miller, Olen and Barbara Miller.
He is survived by: his grandparents, Vernon, Dorthy Kurtz of Topeka, Orva Jr. and Edna Miller of Middlebury; his great-grandparents, Christy and Carolyn Lambright of Middlebury; and his stepgreat-grandmother LaVerda Miller of Shipshewana. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
