With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dewayne Bontrager of Topeka, Indiana, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Bontrager and Grayce Bontrager (Hostetler); and his wife Mertice Bontrager. He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Bontrager of LaGrange, IN and Terry Bontrager (Cindy) of Topeka, IN; his grandchildren, Tyler Bontrager (Holly) of New Paris, IN, Chad Bontrager (Cassie) of New Paris, IN, Christina Smith (Logan) of Hudson, IN, Tiffany Hostetler (Cody) of Sturgis, MI and Brittany Collyer (Josh) of LaGrange, IN; and his brother Eugene Bontrager (Barbara) of Middlebury, IN.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
