She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean R. and Mary A. Carlson (Clingerman); her spouse Harley E. Blake; and her brothers-in-law, Robert and Edward Blake.
She is survived by: her niece Kim Taylor (Tim) of Shipshewana; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon VanEck of Holland, Michigan and Anita Blake of Yacaville, CA. She is also survived by 8 nieces and 21 great-nieces and nephews.
