He is survived by: his father Wilbur Roy Hoover; his children, Lauren, Brianna and Jacob; his mother Sandra Lou Hoover (McMillan) of Topeka, IN; and his siblings, Daniel Young (Soraya), Rhonda Ortiz (Edward), Lori Rulong (Daniel) and Shawn Young. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
