He is survived by: his wife Tina Johnson; his children, Jason (Erin), Chad Brett (Laura), Caley (Zach), Tyson (Twyla) and Luke; and his siblings, Janet Calendine, Fay Koenemann (Roger), Lois Biberstein, Joyce Gross, Clara Bailey (Ked), Vivian Stinson (Jack) and Norman (Anita). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
