It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie Butcher of Tipton, Indiana, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Seabolt and Laura Seabolt; her spouse Ikey Butcher; her daughters, Carol Phifer (Kenny) of Tipton, Barbara Clabough of Tipton, Judy Sinclair (Don) of Carmel and Kathy Yeary (Rick) of Tipton; her grandchildren, Daniel Phifer (Mary Jo), Donald Barrett-Phifer (Jim), Douglas Phifer, Angela McMillian (Mike), Tyler Clabough, Garrett Clabough and Mackenzie Yeary (Connor); her great grandchildren, Lauren Moulder (Corbin), Daniel Phifer (Maryn) and Bailey Phifer (Jeani); her great great grandchild Beckman Phifer; and her siblings, Zelma MacMillin (Roy) and Lester Seabolt (Wilma).
Proper wearing of masks or face coverings as well as social distancing will be required at the funeral home.
