She was predeceased by: her parents, Melburn Booher and Nellie Booher. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Lewis (Dawn) of Tipton, Jeff Lewis of Tipton and Thomas Lewis (Mandy) of Tipton; her grandchildren, Brittani Lewis, Kaden Lewis, Cameron Lewis, Caycie Lewis, Billy Lewis, Sable Lewis, Brooklyn Lewis, Lelan Lewis and Chloe Lewis; and her great grandchild Braxton Lewis.
