He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Cook (Holley); his son Brodie Cook; his stepchildren, Brenda Wendland (Chris) of Fort Myers, FL, Marc Arnold (Chelsie) of Peru, IN and Kipp Arnold (Alexis) of Wabash, IN; his grandchildren, Haven, Kathryn, Victoria, Avery, Ari, Kynzlie, Korynn and Kolson; and his brother Ed Cook (Nancy) of Plainfield, IN.
