He is survived by: his sons, Scott, Steven and Bradley; his grandchildren, Adam, Kyle, Katlyn, Allison and Lane; his great grandchildren, Thatcher and Ada; his siblings, Francis Etheridge and Suzann Conaway; and his wife Joan Doris Etheridge (Hutton).
