He is survived by: his mother Marcia Spencer (Vass); his children, Cleandrea Williams (Matthew), Matthew Spencer II (Clara), Zach Spencer (Emilee), Joshua Smith and Kaitie Orr; his grandchildren, Amayah Williams, Micah Williams, Emerson Orr and Eliza Orr; his brother Clint Spencer; his uncle Edward Vass; his aunts, Hilda Ailor (Ernie), Karen Veach (Glenn) and Judy Spencer; and his friends, Todd Harshman and Jeremy Patrick.
