He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frazier and Arnetta Frazier (Spencer); his son Dwayne Frazier; and his siblings, Richard, Mike Frazier, Darlene Brannon and Joetta Morrisset.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Cox of Peru; his sister Bonnie Martin (Jeff) of Noblesville; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Michaela, Jessica and Vivian.
