It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua David (Tipton, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pablo Gutierrez, Sr., Harry D. Phelps and Clara M. Biddle. He is survived by: his parents, David Barry Phelps (Sheila Dawn) of Greentown and Sandra Ann Gutierrez (Darrin K. Thomas) of Kokomo; his daughter Ivory Katherine Phelps; his sister Jade N. Chavez of Kokomo; and his grandparents, Margarita Gutierrez of Tipton and Larry E. Biddle of Greentown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Proper wearing of masks or face coverings as well as social distancing will be required at the funeral home.
