He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rayl and Delorous Rayl (Leckrone); and his uncle Wayne Leckrone. He is survived by: his wife Janet Dickover; his son Mark Rayl (Martha); his grandchildren, Aloa Breanna Armstrong (Scott) and Addie Lauren Zahn (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Ellick Edward Armstrong and Beauregard Robert Zahn; his brother Philip J. Rayl (Anabeth); his nephews, Edward Jay Rayl (Lori), Philip Jovon Rayl (Lisa) and Bill Utsler (Patty); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabrielle Huff (Ross), Sophie, Cecelia Rayl, Nathan, Logan, Holden Rayl and Braxton Utsler; his uncle Dean Leckrone (Susan); and his brother Howard Leckrone (Rosemary).
