With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Heath (Tipton, Indiana), born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on April 26, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Heath and Ethel Heath (Emmett); his siblings, Thomas Beller and Reba Payne; and his grandchild Chris Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Eslinger; and his children, Raymond Bolin (Paula) and Joyce Monroe (Eric). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
