She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Prout; her parents, Dr. Günther Leichsering and Erika Mehner Leichsering; her sister Jutta; her brother-in-law Manfred Roock; her brother Jörn Leichsering; and her brother-in-law Dr. Jürg Muggler.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Lisa Spinelli of Connecticut and Amy Prout (Chris DeGroot) of California; her siblings, Dagmar Muggler of Switzerland and Volker Leichsering (Jacqueline) of Switzerland; her grandchildren, Arianna, Dante, Nicolo Spinelli of Connecticut, Christian and Brandon DeGroot of California; and her in-laws, Bob, Sandy Prout, Jane Prout and David Lacy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
