Stevens (Hines); his wife Faye Ogden (Brooks); his children, Jenny Kronenberg (Tim), Dee Shepherd (Brian), Randy Stevens (Lisa) and Elana Stevens; his stepchildren, Theresa Louthen (Willie), Clyde Ogden (Sally), Georgia and Michael Ogden; his grandchildren, Jacob Shepherd (Chloe), Max Shepherd, Joshua Stevens (Kayla), Chelsey Stevens, Luke Rhinebarger, Hank Rhinebarger and Steve; his stepgrandchildren, Mick Genereaux, Austin Kane, Sierra Kane, Ian Kane, Laitham Louthen (Samantha), Colby Louthen, Alana Ogden, Megan Ogden, Marshall Ogden, Alex Ogden, Drew Ogden and Ross Ogden; his great grandchildren, Hadley Shepherd, Henry Stevens, Rylan, Jace Genereaux, Obadiah Kane, Micah Kane, Victoria Cuparencu and Aliyah Ogden; his siblings, Keith Stevens (Vivian), Mary "Peg" Oetting (Bob), Lucy Jones (Lowell), Becky Daugherty (Bill), Joan Endicott (Pat), Shirley Brewer, Jerry Stevens (Carolyn) and Ernie Stevens (Kay); and his caregivers, Josh Parry, Colby Louthen and Trina Bartley.
