She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arza Belzer and Nancy Lyndle Belzer (Thurston); her husband Maurice Bayliff; her children, Danny Bayliff (Roni) of Kokomo, Mona Goodmanson of Tipton, Kevin Bayliff of South Bend and Cheryl Coots; her brothers, Johnny Jack Belzer and Jerry Belzer; and her great grandchild Dorothy Letsinger. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dean's honor may be made to Ash Street Wesleyan Church.
