She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Bryant Neal and Hattie Marie Neal (Winningham); her former husband Ronnie "Dumplin" Phifer; her husband Terry Elston; her daughter Amy Jo Phifer; and her siblings, Clois Neal, Donald Neal and Maggie Norris.
She is survived by: her son Zachary Lee Phifer (Missy); her granddaughter Brynlee Phifer; her sisters, Eva Jean Mahaffey, Barbara Welcher and Anna Owens; and her niece Dina Murray Ross.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donna's honor can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
