Harvey-Moore (Heinzman); his son Timothy Moore (Christy) of Bethpage, Tennessee; his stepson Steve Harvey (Heather) of Kokomo; his daughters, Amy Corlette of Indianapolis and Sabrina Moore of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Mike Moore (Sammi), Josh Moore, Nick Tillman (Lindsay), Brandy Tillman, Hayley Young (Cy), Morgan Corlette and Madison Roberts (Conner); his stepgrandchildren, Christian Harvey and Cassidy Anthony (Nick); his great grandchildren, Mason Moore, Kinsley Moore, Brady Crook, Maelee Crook, Jackson Tillman and Leilani Corlette; his stepgreat-grandchild Dean Harvey; and his siblings, Darrell "Marty" Fred, Marvin, Bobby, Sissy and Francis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the American Cancer Society.
