He is survived by: his children, Jason Phipps (Rebecca), Cassie Salinas (Santos) and Brooke Morris (Chad Comer); his siblings, John Phipps (Phyllis) and Donna Roode (Lowell); and his sister-in-law Margaret "Maggie" Phipps. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
