She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stan Shields and Martha Shields (Mahaney); her siblings, Gary Shields (Judy) and Angie Murray (Jay Smith); her nephews, Shawn, Ryan (Brandi), Andrew and Jacob; and her children, Foundation, Meridian Street and Suite. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Barb's honor to Riley Children's Hospital.
