He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stills and Maryellen Stills (Huston); his wife Mae Ruth Edmiston; his son-in-law Terry Smith; his sisters, Lois Ayers, Thelma Gregg, Eudema Franklin, Carrie Humpheries and Alberta Riddle; his niece Shirley Gregg; and his brothers, Ralph, John, Arnold, Billy, Clifford and Joe.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Smith of Tippecanoe, IN, Tommy Stills (Ashley) of Etna Green, IN and Jeffrey Stills (Devra) of Tippecanoe, IN; his sister Phyllis Hensley of Greenville, TN; and his nephew Duke Gregg of Greenville, TN.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great- grandchildren.
