He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. C. J. Mowrer and Anna Marie Kerschner Mowrer; and his stepmother Relna Mowrer. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Laura West (Gary) of Plymouth; his grandsons, Zachary West of Chicago and Landon West (Kirianna) of Plymouth; his sisters, Phyllis Daniel of Fort Wayne, Loretta Inman of Fort Wayne, Marty Holland of Sarasota, FL and Lois Mongosa (John) of Peru; and his brother-in-law Don Bilyew (Joanne) of Honeybrook, PA.
