He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hollan, and Elvira Hollan, Jr. (Large); his wife Helen Whitaker; his daughter Tina Hollan; his stepson Steven Cook; and his brothers, Robert and Douglas.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Berry (Chris) of Cocoa, FL; his stepson Scott Calhoun of Bremen; his girlfriend Cheryl Elliot Thompson; his stepmother Sue Hollan; and his siblings, Bonnie Combs of Jackson, KY, Barbara Fugate of Shelbyville, KY, Christine Turner of Wattsburg, PA, Dolly Hollan of Winchester, KY, Charles Hollan (Connie) of Jackson, KY, John Hollan (Vickie) of Jackson, KY, Bryce Hollan of Winchester, KY, Ernest Hollan (Jackie) of Wooten, KY and Scott Hollan (Amy) of Jackson, KY.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
