He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Duff and Bernice Duff (Finney); his spouse Fay Hensley; his granddaughter Trish Mark; and his brothers, Jim Duff, David Duff and Don Duff.
He is survived by: his children, Debra J. Robbins (Robert) of Warsaw, Indiana, Donna K. Burkholder (Roger) of Waupun, Wisconsin, Denise M. Klingerman (Mark) of Bourbon, Indiana., John E. Duff (Girlie) of Plymouth, Indiana and William E. Duff (Karra) of Argos; and his stepsister Patty Miller (Terry) of Panama City, Florida.. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
