He is survived by: his parents, David George of Lebanon and Adrianne Viehe (Chloey Lopez) of Indianapolis; and his brothers, Shane George of Indianapolis, Derreck Coffman of Lebanon, Jake George of Lebanon and Max Twitty of Thorntown. He is also survived by three uncles; two aunts; five cousins; four nieces and nephews; and more friends.
Memorials may be directed in his memory to any Epilepsy Foundation of the donor's choice.
