He is survived by: his former wife Linda Coffman (Shives); his daughters, Jodi O'Neil Large of Lebanon and Virginia Lynne Conradi (Geoffrey) of San Diego, California; his granddaughters, Kelsey O'Neil Large Plankey (James), Kaitlyn Rae Large of Lebanon, Olivia Christine Coffman Flores (Stephen Lucas) of Lebanon, Julianna Lynne Conradi of San Diego, California, Lilliana Rose Conradi of San Diego, California and Baylee Renee Conradi of San Diego, California; and his siblings, Fred Coffman (Andrea) of Lebanon, Gerald Coffman (Linda) of Thorntown, Dennis Coffman of Thorntown and Doris Leslie (Larry) of Thorntown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
