We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2021, at the age of 68, Phillip E. Toney of Thorntown, Indiana, born in Lebanon, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Toney and Doris Toney (Mangus); and his sister Jennifer Toney-Strong. He is survived by: his wife Julie Toney (Pollard); his sons, Phil Toney, Jr. (Lora) and Tristan Toney (Sarah); his granddaughters, Tayler Miller (Ethan), Emily Toney and Kyrah Bain (Cody); his great grandchildren, Carter and Oaklynn; and his siblings, Darlene Wilson, John Toney Jr. and Danny Toney.
