She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Gideon, Sr. and Rowena Smith (Groves); her stepfather Russell Smith; her brothers-in-law, Ronnie Osborne and Richard Morris; and her niece Trina Bennett.
She is survived by: her siblings, George Gideon (Susan) and Mona Bennett (Floyd). She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
