He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee and Frances Almeda Graves (McLaughlin); his brother Ernest "Steve" Graves; his niece Melissa Graves Woods; and his nephews, Jay D. Graves and Rick Deakins.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Jean Ireland Graves (Gradwell); his wife Carol "Jeanie" Graves of Thorntown; his daughter Heather L. Wiley (Chris) of Thorntown; his stepchildren, John H. Ireland (Candace) of Culpepper, VA and Robyn D. Ireland (Denise) of Tipton; his grandchildren, Breanna Wiley and Cole Wiley of Thorntown; his stepgrandchildren, Josh Ireland, Kegan Ireland (Leah), Whitney Edischum (Mark), Chloe Ireland, Cole Ireland, Jana Ireland and Julia Ireland; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kehlan Ireland, London and Rainey Eidschum; and his brothers, Terry E. Graves (Tammy) of Lebanon and John D. Graves (Patricia) of Thorntown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
