She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Hungerford and Adel Hungerford (Broussard); and her sisters, Genevieve Simon, Blanche Susong and Inez Hungerford.
She is survived by: her husband Guy W. Hankins; her children, Charlotte Graham (Rex) of Pittsboro, Darlene Johnson (Don) of Thorntown, Sherri Mays (Mike) of Pittsboro and Mike Hankins (Donna) of Thorntown; her grandchildren, Michelle Martin (Troy) of Thorntown, Scott Johnson (Tammy) of Nashville, TN, Chris Hankins of Sheridan, Matt Hankins (Amy) of Thorntown, Ashley Hankins (Jared) of Charlestown, SC, Josie and Calista Mays of Pittsboro; her great grandchildren, Alexa, Zack Martin, Conner, Caroline Johnson, Allie, Alyssa and Rhiannon Hankins; and her sister Margaret Ann Hutchinson of New Iberia, LA..
