He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Milburn and Mary Milburn (Willard); his wife Hazel Newcomb; his grandson Edward Andrew Milburn; and his siblings, Larry, Edward Milburn and Rosetta Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Jaleanne Hensen (Bruce) of Little Rock, Marjorie Adams (Bruce) of West Virginia and Earl E. Milburn, II (Linda) of Thorntown, Indiana; and his stepsons, Kenneth Morse (Mary), Vincent Umlandt (Stephanie) of Muscatine and Jeffrey Umlandt (J. C.) of Rock Island. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the family.
