He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Crouch and Pansy Crouch (Maiden); and his siblings, Carrol Coffman, Donald Crouch, William Crouch, Jean Rusk, Devon Woodard and Edgar Woodard.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Crouch of Thorntown; his daughter Jennifer Isenhower (Mike) of Thorntown; his mother-in-law Cleo Bradshaw Perlee; and his grandchildren, Dalton and Cheyenne Isenhower. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
