We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2021 we had to say goodbye to David L. Crouch of Thorntown, Indiana, born in Lebanon, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Crouch and Pansy Crouch (Maiden); and his siblings, Carrol Coffman, Donald Crouch, William Crouch, Jean Rusk, Devon Woodard and Edgar Woodard.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Crouch of Thorntown; his daughter Jennifer Isenhower (Mike) of Thorntown; his mother-in-law Cleo Bradshaw Perlee; and his grandchildren, Dalton and Cheyenne Isenhower. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
