He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Conyer and Veda Conyer; his wife Debbie Ann Carneal; and his brother Don Conyer. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Conyer (Stacey) of Jamestown and Craig Conyer (Katie) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Rachel, Emily and Gabe; and his sister Vicki Giesleman (Wayne).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dover Chirstian Church or Boone County Cancer Society.
