We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charlene Vernon of Thorntown, Indiana, born in Montgomery, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Earl and Alta Deck (Flaningam); her husband David M. Vernon; and her sisters, Edith and Charlotte.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Vernon-Goldman of Darlington; and her granddaughter Lisa M. Goldman of Thorntown.

The family would prefer those in attendance to wear a mask.

Memorials may be given in her memory to Alzheimer's and Dementia Research.
