She is survived by: her husband Richard Butler of Thorntown; her children, Rich Butler of Thorntown, Natalie Smith of Colfax and Neil Butler (Karissa) of Thorntown; her siblings, Glenda Smith, Ivan Thompson, Sandy Trent, Carl Thompson, Troy Thompson, Alan Thompson and Jeannie Bower; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Quinton Whatley, Ryan, Jaice and Brendan Butler; and her great grandchildren, Leah and Vivian Whatley. She is also survived by her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
